The Eastern Power and Electrical Co., Ltd. (EPEC) is considering for development of a combined cycle power plant at Bang Bo in response to EGAT’s request for IPP Project. The change of Bang Bo Combined Cycle Power Plant’s generating capacity from 300 to 350 MW is required a supplementary EIA report for submit to OEPP to consider.
Environmental impact assessment services consist of:
•Study on Project Descriptions consists of power plant layout, change the exhausted pollutants, change gas consumption, change oil consumption, change water mass balance, change wastewater discharge, etc.
•Review and Assessment Impacts consists of Mathematical Modeling of ambient air quality for 350 MW and 200 MW, Water Mass Balance, Water Quality of Klong Don, Aquatic Ecology, Waste Handing, Major Hazard and Noise, Comparison on change of impacts for 350 MW with 300 MW, Proposed Mitigation measures and Monitoring Program and Work Schedule.
