Narrative Description

Srinakarin Road which located in front of Seacon Square shopping center need to improve road surface and drainage system, according by law shall allow the building to connect storm pipes into public drainage system, therefore Seacon Square shopping center under Seacon Development Public Company Limited intent to improve the storm drain system of roof and building facade. The design consist of: 
1)Detailed Design of Storm Drainage from the Deck of Building.
2)Detailed Design of Flood Control for Parking Area to Public Drainage.

Services Description

Consultancy services for detailed design the works as follow :
•Review and Study the existing data for meteorology and flood problem of Seacon Square.
•Data correction survey for Drainage System of roof and building facade which concern on roof Fast Flow, Storm Drain size, Pumping Station and Public Box Culvert position.  
•Coordinate with Fast Flow Agency for size of drainage pipe.
•Detailed Design of Pumping Station and Piping Alignment at building facade including structural work for Pumping Station and Electrical work for Pumping Control Unit. 
•Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Blank BOQ and Specification.
