   The Villanova Khao Yai is locate at km 8+200 Moo 9 Tumbol Prayayen, Pakchong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province cover area of 7-1-85 rai (11,940 square meter) project consists of 3 Residential building 5-6 floor level. Building-A contain 28 units Building-B contain 14 units and Building-C contain 8 units total floor area 9,135.20 square meter. Due to the residential building under the law building with a number of rooms more than 80 rooms or contain total floor area more than 4,000 square must prepare a report on the environmental impact assessment.
