Narrative Description

       Pursuant to the construction of the National Stadium in Commemorate of His Majesty the King BhumipholPhase I, The Sports Authority of Thailand appointed SEATEC to further supervision of construction of Phase II project.  Work comprises of:
-Architectural and interior works
-Landscaping
-Electrical and communication system
-Mechanical and ventilating system
-Sanitary system
-Seat and rail guards installation
-Synthetic racing track and racing equipments
-Sounding system
-Exterior lighting system

Services Description

         Project construction supervision the works as follow:
•Supervision of all construction works which include installation of relate service system and architecture, civil and structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.
•Monitoring of construction schedule
•Approval of material to be used in the construction
•Reviewing and checking of shop drawings submitted by the contractor
•Reviewing and approving of as built drawings submitted by the contractor
