Narrative Description

           Detailed Design and Construction Supervision and Management for Modification and Expansion of Dental Cream Plant. It located at Amata City Industrial Estate, Bangna-Trad Road at Km 57, Tambon Hualor, Muang District, Chonburi Province, Thailand.  The project work consists of 3 parts.
1.Building expansion for area approx.. 1,395 sq.m.
2.Modify area at Store Room.
3.Modify area at Motor Control Centres.

Services Description

Consultancy Services are:
Design Work
•Architectural Work.
•Structural Work.
•Lighting System, Power System, and Fire Alarm System Works.
•Air Condition and Ventilation System, and Mechanical Works.
•Sanitary and Plumbing System Works.
•Road, Walkway and Drainage System Works.
•The modification has to conform to the existing building.
•Support Industrial Estate Works or the construction that require permission.
•Assist in documents preparation for request for construction permission from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT).
•Meeting arrangement for all project working group.
•Bidding Process and Contract Document Arrangement.
•Assist in Contractor selection.

Construction Supervision and Management
•Pre-Construction Meeting arrangement.
•Coordination between Owner and Contractor.
•Monthly Construction Progress Report
•Monitoring work progress as Construction Plan and report.
•Approve Materials, Shop Drawing and payment.
•Assist in negotiation and prepare Variation Order Document.
•Acceptance for Work completion, Instruction and Maintenance Manuals, Contractor work certificate, last payment.
•Consultation and recommendation to Owner during construction period.
