Unilever Thai Holdings Ltd. intends to expand Knor for Jok Building a 3-storey building with area of 5,120 square meters by construct besides the existing building.Project detailed design management and construction supervision the works as following:

Phase 1 :  Survey and Design Work

•   Land Survey and Soil Survey for the expansion area.

•   Engineering Design of Pilling & Foundation Work, Structure Work, Architectural Work, M&E System, Electrical System and Communication System, Fire Alarm System & Sprinkler, Utility System.

•   Prepare Tender Document, Cost Estimate, BOQ and Specification including Contractor Selection.

•   Prepare document for Permission Certificate Application to the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.

Phase 2 :  Construction Supervision Work
