Narrative Description

SCT Co., Ltd. intended to carry out the environmentally friendly coal business by construct Coal Storage building and transports coal to the separation processes for helping dust go outside. The construction consist of:
•Coal Handing System.
-Conveyor Works include Belt Conveyor BC-2, Belt Conveyor BC-3 with Cover and Belt Conveyor BC-5 with Cover
-Coal Feeding System
-Magnetic Separator
-Belt Scale
-Electrical system include Existing Hopper Feeder Modification
-Testing & Commissioning
•Coal Storage Building with area 10,000 sq.m and Building area of 5,000 sq.m.
-Outdoor Work consists of reinforced concrete courtyard, Road and Traffic signal work, Drainage system, Outdoor Lighting system, Landscape Design, and Dust control system.
-Building work consists of 1-storey building without center pole and structure design for reduce the accumulation of dust, Drainage system from roof to drainage system outdoor, Lighting system, Fire protection system and Dust control system.
-Foundation support machine work.

Services Description

The services include:
•Design of Coal Handing System by Data survey, Design for Master plan, prepare criterion design, Prepare Layout plan show Machine / Plant flow / Electrical diagram, prepare Specification, BOQ, Work Plan and intend to the meeting for report the progress of work.
•Detailed Design of Storage Coal Building by Topographic survey and soil test, Design of Architectural work Engineering work and System works, Prepare drawing for apply the construction permission document, Cost Estimate and Contractor selection.
•Construction Supervision for machine installation.
-Conduct meeting to report progress of work.
-Document review such as Installation plan, Shop Drawing, Material approval, Method Statement, As-built Drawing, Manual, Payment verification, Verify variation work.
-Machine installation control, review and approve material and worker, Commissioning test control, Safety and Environment control and Training preparation.
•Construction Supervision of the building.
-Conduct meeting to report progress of work.
-Document review such as Construction plan, Shop Drawing, Material approval, Method Statement, As-built Drawing, Payment verification, Verify variation work.
-Construction Supervision.
-Prepare progress report.
