The services compose of Architectural Work, Structural Work, Internal Lighting System, Power System, Air Condition and Ventilation Systems, Telephone System, Local Area Network (LAN) System, Interior Architectural design, Process Control Work, Power Distribution System, and Earthing System.
Consultancy Services are:-
•Detailed Design of Architectural, Structural Engineering, Lighting System, Power System, Air Condition and Ventilation Systems including Sprinkler, Fire Alarm System, Telephone System, LAN System, Interior design, Process Control Work, Power Distribution System and Earthing System.
•Bidding Process Arrangement for Main Construction
•Assist in request for construction permission from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT)
•Consultation and recommendation to Owner during construction period.
•Construction Supervision and Management.
