Narrative Description
Siam Kraft Industry Co., Ltd. (SKIC), Thailand is an affiliate of Siam Pulp and Paper Company (SPPC) which is the subsidiary of Siam Cement Group (SCG). SKIC intents to invest and expand products in Vietnam by forming a Vina Kraft Paper Co., Ltd. Vina Kraft Paper Factory Project, a new paper factory located on area 240 rai, at Binh Duong Province, about 40 km. from Ho Chi Minh City, in the southern part of Vietnam, with the capacity of 220,000 tons per year of Test Liner Board and Corrugating Medium to Vina Kraft Paper Co., Ltd. Approx area of factory is 9,500 square meter, warehouse is 8,500 square meter.
Services Description
Scopes of services are as followings:
• Detailed design of architectural, civil/structural, electrical, air-conditioning and ventilation system sanitary system and fire alarm protection.
• Project Management and Construction Supervision works consisted as follow:
-GROUP A: Mill Survey, Soil investigation & pile load test (preparing specification), Land development and site preparation, Fencing slab & foundation, work shop, paper warehouse, canteen, nursery Room.
-GROUP B: Clear well, water Reservoir & pump house, Main substation (foundation and electrical room), diesel generator room, Boiler and turbine group (include water treatment, cooling tower and cold storage), Air compressor Room.
-GROUP C: Administration office and car parking, Employee flat, Guard house, Time registered room, Fence around the administration office and gates, Landscape & plantation. Paper Machine group, Waste plant group, Effluent treatment plant group, Indoor and outdoor system work (MEP) for all groups excluding MEP in machine's supplier scope, Mill piping system (air, water, stream, condensate and fire fighting) for all groups excluding piping which is in machine supplier's scope. Group C3 Road, Waste paper yard & unload station, Drainage system, Traffic sign, Outdoor & street lighting, Truck parking area, Weigh scale & foundation, Miscellaneous items.
