Food and Health Drug Ltd. wished to construct their factory and facility in 45,184 sq.m. area and Southeast Asia Technology Co., Ltd. (SEATEC) was appointed to provide consulting services for the detail design for architectural, civil, structure and system works, manage and supervision of all construction works of a factory of 2,400 sq.m., 2 warehouse of 2,400 sq.m., office building of 320 sq.m. and relate facility.
Project management and construction supervision the works as follow :
•Check As-built Drawing.
•Estimated construction cost.
•Prepare tender documents and contracts.
•Consulting for bidding to select contractor.
•Co-ordinated between the government, the contractors and
client during the construction.
•Management and construction supervision.
