Expansion CB Plant Project construction site located at Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn Province, Thailand. Employer plans to start the project in the beginning of year 2007 on the appropriated area 4,000-5,000 sq.m. The expansion CB plant will consist of the following:
•Factory building around 2,400 sq.m.
•Workshop & Office
•Flammable Room and Waste Room.
•Guard House and Technical Premises.
The assignment cover all works pertaining to review the design and supervision of the construction of factory expansion works of the existing Schneider Electrical Factory at Bangpoo Industrial Estate. The various activities of the consultancy job for the project shall be conducted in the following phases and sequences:
Phase I : Review the Design and Prepare Tender Documentation
•Review Design Analysis and Approve Shop Drawings etc.
•Assist the Construction Permit.
•Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design.
•Documentation : Review and Collect Specification, Schedule of Items of Work, Cost Estimates and Prepare the Tender Documents.
Phase II : Construction Management – Supervision & Monitoring of Construction Works
•General Supervision
•Monitoring.
