Narrative Description

          The Design and Construction Supervision of new buildings of Dental Cream Regional Sourcing Project at Amata Nakhon Industrial Estate, Chon Buri Province. Details of the Work consisting of:
•Dental Cream Regional Sourcing Plant (namely Building No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) with utilized area for both upper and lower floors of 9,980 square meters.
•Micro Chemical Laboratory Building (namely, Building No. 7) with utilized area of 384 square meters.
•Extension Part of the Power House Building (namely, Building No. 8) with utilized area of 96 square meters.
•Wastewater Treatment Plant (namely, Building No. 9)
•Piper Rack.
•Road and Drainage System.
•Water Supply System.
•Sewerage System.

Services Description

The consulting services rendered following services:
•Detailed design of architectural, civil/structure, mechanical, electrical and sanitary engineering works.
•BOQ, Specification preparation.
•Tender document preparation.
•Supervision of all construction works which include installation of architecture, civil and structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and related services system.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Approval of materials to be used in the construction.
•Reviewing and Checking the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
•Reviewing and approving the as-built drawings submitted by the contractor.
