Narrative Description

       The Gateway City Industrial Estate Project is a major industrial complex under the development by MDX Public Co., Ltd. With the Support of IEAT. The project located at Km #20 on Highway no. 331 (Chachoengsao-Sattahip), Huasamrong Sub-distric, Plangyao Distric, cover an area of 6,900 rai divided into five zones as General industrial Estate (GIE), Export Processing Zone(EPZ), Residential and Commercial Areas, utilities and others, Site development works in the approximated area of 2,500 rai, land Development, drainage system and related facilities in the area of 3,950 rai, Southeast Asia Technology Co., Ltd. (SEATEC) was appointed by MDX Public Co., Ltd. To undertake the design and supervision of construction works included IEAT Office building, Club House and Restaurant building, Custom Office Building, Fire Fighting Station, Shop house, Warehouse, Residential houses and condominiums, and Commercial buildings, utilities and others.
