Narrative Description

          The Gateway City Industrial Estate Project is a major industrial complex under the development by MDX Public Co., Ltd. With the support of IEAT the project located at km #20 on highway no. 331 (Chachoengsao-Sattahip), Huasamrong sub-Distric, Plangyao Distric, cover an area of 6,900 rai divided into five zones as GIZ, EPZ, residential and commercial areas, utilities and others.

Services Description

Consulting service for detailed design and construction supervision of the following works : 
•Site development works in the approximated area of 2,500 rai.
•Land development, drainage system and related facilities in 
the area of 3,950 rai.
•Area 6,900 rai divided into five zones as general industrial estate (GIE), export processing zone (EPZ), residential and commercial areas.
•IEAT office building, club house and restaurant building, custom office building, fire fighting station, shop house, warehouse, residential houses and condominiums, and commercial buildings. 
•Asphaltic concrete road and drainage system phase I, total road length 22 km. And total drainage pipe length 37 km.
•Raw water reservoir with capacity of 6.5 million m3 of area 
450 rai.
•Raw water reservoir with capacity of 1.5-2 million m3 of area 120 rai.
•3 Intakes structure, one pump sump of reservoir no. 1.
•2 Intakes structure, one pump sump and one pump house for reservoir no. 2.
•Raw water pipeline dia.  700 mm. x 9,000 m. and CPAC SPUN dia.  1,000 mm. x 1,500 m. from reservoir 1 to reservoir 2.
•3 Electric pump sumps dia.   0.3 cms. x 67.5 m. for 
reservoir 1. 
•2 Electric pump sumps dia.  0.2 cms. x 16.5 m. for reservoir 2.
•Water supply system dia.  150 m.- 600 m. x 42,660 m. and wastewater system dia.  200 mm. -   1,599mm. x 22,962 m. 
•Water treatment plant with production capacity of10,000 m3 /day.
•The expansion of water treatment plant with production capacity of 20,000 m3/day.
•Water distribution, elevated tank and underground tank, 6 pump houses.
•Waste water treatment plant type extended activated sludge process with production capacity of 20,000 m3 /day.
•5 Incinerator plants with production capacity each 500 kg./hour.
•Cooperation with provincial electric authority installed 
a electrical sub-station and power distribution system.
•Cooperation with provincial office of telephone organization of Thailand installed telephone system including telephone switching building, switching system, transmission system and outside plant system.
