Services Description

Service for Construction Supervision includes the following:
•Assist the client in coordinating with the designer.
•Preparation of tender documents.
•Bidding management, including pre-bid conference, bid evaluation and recommendation.
•Supervision of all construction works which include installation of related service system and architecture, i.e. civil and structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical and elevator, etc.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Approval of materials to be used in the construction.
•Review and check the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
•Assist the client in preparing cash flow.
•Review and approve the as-built drawings submitted by the contractor.
