The project consists of Tower A: 21-Storey with 39 units, Tower B: 20-Storey with 37 units, Tower C: 22-Storey with 60 units and Tower D: 22-Storey with 60 units. The facilities for this project include an over-sized swimming pool, golf pracitice facilities, tennis and squash courts, sauna facilities. The building services and infrastructures include water supply, sanitary and fire fighting, air-conditioning, electrical, telephone, elevator, sewage disposal system, road and drainage, etc.
Service for Construction Supervision includes the following:
•Review and coordinate the design work with the designers.
•Review and coordinate the contract document for bidding.
•Assist in bidding process, evaluation and recommendation for award of contract.
•Supervision of all construction works which include installation of civil and structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, related service systems and architecture, etc.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Approval of materials to be used in the construction.
•Review and check the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
•Review and approve the as-built drawings submitted by the contractor.
