SEATEC in association with a Japanese and other two local engineering consulting firms have been appointed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand to supervise the Construction of the Map Ta Phut industrial Complex at Rayong Province.
Project detailed design construction supervision and environmental impact assessment the works included the followings:
•Site preparation: about 500 rai.
•Road: 10.1 km of rigid pavement and 5.7 km of flexible pavement: and two reinforced concrete bridge (total length about 40 m).
•Drainage System: 5.8 km of channel improvement, 27.8 km of drainage culvert, and 9.4 km of open channel.
•Water supply system: one high rate coagulosedimentation and rapid sand filter water treatment plant (capacity 6,000 m3/d), water distribution pipeline (about 18.2 km).
•Wastewater treatment system: two extended aeration wastewater treatment plant: wastewater collection pipeline (3 km).
•Solid waste disposal system: one leachate treatment plant and one sanitary landfill area.
•Power supply: distribution lines and street lighting.
•Buildings: administration building, canteen and exhibition building, staff residence, warehouse, standard factories, control buildings, etc.
