Narrative Description

          Southeast Asia Technology Co. Ltd. in association with BMT Group Ltd. was appointed by The Royal Thai Navy to render the services for detailed design of Dry Dock at Sattahip Port Project Phase I.The design work was during 1992-1993.  In 1995 The description of  works consist of :
-Dry Dock with dimension of 40x236 m. and 18 m. depth with equipment for the ship capacity of 25,000 dwt.
-Arrival Berth 350 m. length.
-Refit Berth 340 m. length.
-Dredging and Reclamation work.
-Control building and generator.
-Infrastructure, water supply and underground water tank.
-Wastewater treatment plant, fire protection.
-Electrical work.
-Equipment: fire fighting, piping system, dock pump, dock gate, dock lift, capstan.
-Office buildings and residential housing.
-Road work.

 

Services Description

Project construction supervision the works as follow :
•Estimated construction cost. Preparation of tender documents. Evaluation of the contractor.
•Supervision of all construction works which include installation of civil and structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, related service systems and architecture, etc.
•Coordinate and monitor work construction plans. and compliance with official regulations.
•Examine and approving shop drawing and construction materials.
•Prepare a report on the progress of the works.
