Narrative Description

1.The Master Planning of TS21’s entire development area of phase 1-4 package
   (1,574 ha, approximately 9,669 rai).
2.The Coordination Services for Detailed Design Development area of phase 2-4               package   (1,050 ha, 6,563 rai).
3.The Master plan and Engineering Review Consultancy services for development area  of  phase 1 package (240 ha), and
4.Development of Ready Build Factories package. 

Services Description

The scopes of services are as followings:
•Review the contract and other related documents, progress payment request documents, submitted drawings, and other associated documents.
•Prepare the report indicating the findings, certification and recommendation on progress of work.
•Review and recommend the “road connection work” and associated documents.
