New Bangkok International Airport Co., Ltd. (NBIA) has intended to supply of the ARFF Personnel Training Programme for provision of such activities to the rescue and fire fighting operation of the Second Bangkok International Airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport). NBIA needs a highly experienced Tenderer. CDP being one of the Fire and Rescue Training Center would like to participate in this project.

Scopes of services are as followings:

• Advice in forming the consortium

• Advice in preparing company and related documents

• Collection information for preparation of proposal

• Prepare contents of technical proposal to conform to TOR

• Assist in preparing the financial proposal

• Proposal Production

• Modification and improving of proposals 2 times for resubmitting dude to less tenderers
