Narrative Description

     Tribeca Enterprise Co., Ltd. intend to establish of Luckchai Rubber City Industrial Estate (Industry Rubber) which joint operation with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand for approximate land area 2,441-0-52.2 rai located on Tumbon Somnakthong, Muang District at Rayong Province. The project consists for preparing of Pre-Feasibility Study and Application and Environmental Impact Assessment report.

 

Services Description

Consulting Services consists as following: 
Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design
•Physical data collection of the project area from the additional field survey.
•The Feasibility Study for business of rubber processing industries including the related industries and factor that effect to development.
•Study and analysis of administrative management
•Study and analysis of financial
•Study and review the design of Land Use Plan
•Study and preliminary design for infrastructure
•Study and preliminary design for Office Building Center, Housing Staff and Services Building
•Coordinate and provide the information for Consultancy company to prepare EIA report
•Intend to the meeting with the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) to revise the drawing according to EIA report.

Primary Feasibility Study and Design                                         
•Study of physical information for area and analyze potential of location in establishment the industrial estate.
•Preliminary Feasibility Study of rubber process industry including related industry and enough potential for investment in establishment of factory in industrial estate area. These will be competitive advantage and completed integration.
•Study and analyze cost in project development and worth for project investment.
•Study and conceptual development in preliminary design of Land Use Plan and infrastructure system for support industry invest in estate, such as land use plan, water resource water-work system, waste water treatment system, road system, electrical and communication system, drainage system and flood protection system.
•Initial study and analyze of environmental impact such as project objective and scope of study, study guideline to initial analyze environmental impact, data collection and study of existing condition of environmental resources of study area and project area. Estimate initial environmental impact, Suggestion of protection measurement and reduce impact and approach for next operation step.
•Study of time frame in process of industrial estate establishment
•Submission for industrial estate establishment to Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand
