Narrative Description

  The new head office of the Bangkok Bank Ltd. will be a 33-storey building, located on Silom Road, Bangkok. When completed, it will have a total floor area of 120,000 m², with an accommodating capacity of 10,000 persons and parking areas for 1,300 cars.  The construction work has been commenced since April 1977 and has been operated since February 1982.

Services Description

Project construction supervision the work as follows :
 Supervision of construction works including including installation of related engineering and architectural systems.
 Monitoring construction schedule of construction contractors.
 Review and examination of as-built drawings.
 Assisting the Bank in selecting subcontractors for different types of smaller construction jobs as well as checking reasonability of sub-constructor’s estimates.
 Conducting quantity survey of work done by contractors at regular intervals of time.
 Preparation of monthly report on progress of construction works.
 Financial planning and preparing statements on cash flow during the construction period.
 Preparation of form of tender, articles of agreement, condition of contract, etc. for the Bank in relation to the construction works.
 Study of the utilization of building space in cooperation with the Bank’s personnel.
