   Tesco - Lotus Kanchanaburi located in Kanchanaburi Province, Saengchuto road.  It is a one storey building total floor area of 14,900 m2.  Total land area 29.5 rai with road and parking area to accommodate 748 cars and 211 motorcycles.

• Supervision of all construction works including installation of related service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator, and escalator.
• Monitoring of construction schedule.
• Material approval.
• Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
• Report preparation.
• Inspect, record the work done and certify the monthly payment etc.
