The Chuuk State Hospital located in the Chuuk State of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) in the Pacific Ocean needed an urgent renovation because of poor condition of the hospital deteriorated over time.

• Identify the improvement/renovation works for the hospital.
• Design the improvement works.
• Pre-tender works.
• Construction supervision and management.
