Pan-Asia International School located on Chaleom Praked Rama-9, Pravat District Bangkok. The construction consists of 4-storey reinforcement concrete building with area of 1,038 square meters.

Services Description

Construction supervision services consist of: 
• Construction drawings review and Contractor selection.
• Pre construction preparation: Prepare TOR and contract document, Site surveying with contractor for land boundary and BM, Finding out appropriate construction method, Finding out suitable construction material and equipment, Finding sufficient construction material equipment and labor, Arrange Kick off Meeting, Following up necessary employee’s documents, Inspect construction schedule and payment term.
• Construction Period: Supervision on contractor’s work, Inspection test and approval, Conduct project meeting, Follow up work progress, prepare monthly and executive summary report, Cost control, Change Order, Contractor’s Payment Inspection, Safety system and site cleaning interpretation, As-built drawing inspection, On site document control, Pending order, Acceptance of construction works per each inspection phase, Commissioning, Draft final work submission inspection and testing, Final work submission for acceptance.
• Service after Construction Completion.
