Project management and construction supervision of renovation for 5-storey student dormitory A and B at the Hua Chiew Chalermprakiet University Hua Chiew Chalermprakiet University loated at Km 18 Bangna Trad Highway, Banchoke Sub-district, Banphlee District, Samut Prakarn province including the following works:
1. Renovation of structural and architectural works.
2. Renovation of sanitary and air conditioning systems.
3. Renovation of electrical and communication systems.
4. Repairing of teaching aid materials and purchase of additional furniture.

 

Services Description

Project Management and Construction Supervision the works as follow:

Considered approval of materials to be used comparing with the list submitted by the Contractor coordinating with the designer, making conclusion and recommending to the company. Consideration for the approval of Contractor’s Shop Drawings, checking for approval of As-built drawings of Contractor in accordance with the actual construction works. Made suggestions to the Contractor for improving or changing of construction method in coordination with the designer for working correctly and most efficiently in accordance with the principles of Architecture and Engineering conforming to the relevant laws and regulations. Participated in the meetings with the Contractor, Project Owner and or the Designer for monitoring and solving various obstacles occurred to work according to the targeted schedule, to consider the work schedule, to check each stage and to accelerate the work of the Contractor to be on schedule. Prepared monthly construction progress report of the project and submitted to the Company.  Checked the payment certificates of the Contractor according to the Contract and the actual work completed by the Contractor by evaluating the result of the Contractor’s various works for payments. Coordinated with the government agencies relevant to the project construction.
