Unilever Thai Holding Ltd intend to construct Instant Rice Plant #2 and New Air Conditioned Room for Knor Factory 

Services Description

Project detailed design management and construction supervision the works as following:
Phase 1 Survey and design
• Survey Rice Plant # 2 (Chilled Room) and New Air Condition Room
• Design Plat Form in Rice Plant #2 for connecting with Rice Plant #1 (12m long, 8m wide, 3 levels)
• Design New Air Conditioned Room (16m wide, 8m long, 8.5m high)
• Design of roof at New Air Conditioned Room (16m wide, 32m  long, and extend the high from 12 to be 16m)
• Cost estimation, tender document and contract preparation. 
• Consulting for bidding to select contractor.
