Tesco Lotus Distribution Center Fresh Project is located at Wangnoi District, Ayutthaya province.  It is  consist of 1-storey building with cold room. Total floor area is 23253 m2 includeing hard and soft landscape.

Services Description

M-TECH accomplished:
• Review design drawing.
• Supervision of all construction works including installation of related service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical, systems.
• Monitoring of construction schedule.
• Material approval.
• Preparation of cold room & insulation specification.
• Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
• Report preparation.
