Narrative Description

Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Diamond Cliff Villa is a villa complex within the Diamond Cliff Hotel at Pathong Beach in Phuket having facilities of standard 5-star hotel consisting 8 buildings in typical Thai heritage. There are 4 difference styles of villa, each consist of 2 bedrooms with outdoor swimming pool looking to the sea from the cliff, sauna room, living room, kitchen etc. The complex facilitated central utilization, with a bridge link crossing from existing hotel (Phase 1) to the villa complex (phase 2) including tennis court, sport complex, service road, landscaping, retaining wall and hardscape structures.
