Narrative Description

The project of Tesco-Lotus Supercenter located on Petchkasem Road in Nakornpathom Province on land area of 18.5  rai. The building is a two floor store with mezzanine having function of mall area, lease area, food court, office and warehouse. The building has floor area of 18,000 m2, sales area of 9,000 m2, and retail area of 5,000 m2, including car park to accommodate of 700 cars and 172 motorcycles.  

Services Description

Project management and construction supervision the works as following :
• Supervision of all construction works including installation of related service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator, and escalator.
• Monitoring of construction schedule
• Material approval
• Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by the contractor
• Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by the contractor
• Inspect, record the work done and certify the monthly payment etc.
• Report preparation.
