Narrative Description

Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
• Renovation of the 2 main entrances to the library including architectural, structural, drainage, electrical works. The total area is 64 m².
• Renovation of the entrance between lobby hall and library including architectural and interior works. The total area is 184 m².
• Renovation of the communication room, audio room, presentation room, sound lab and staff rooms including architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, humidity control, CCTV and elevator. The total area is 1,197 m².

 

Services Description

Project construction supervision the work included :
• Construction supervision of civil, structure, architecture, mechanical, electrical and sanitary works.
• Construction supervision in accordance to the contract and schedule.
