(1) Study and report for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in the area of the Northeast part by considering landscape, ecology system and related natural resource management in 3 main basins which are Khong, Chi and Mun Basins with total area of 165,636 sq.km. covering 20 provinces of Loei, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Ubon Radchatane, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon, Kalasin, Mahasarakham, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Buriram , Roi Et, Udon Thani, Nongbualamphu, Khon Kan, Chaiyaphum, Nakhonratchasima and Bungkan.
(2) Project Feasibility Study (FS) of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) of Water Grid System in 19 area and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
The scopes of services are as follow:
• Study the strategic environmental assessment in water management area covering the Northeastern part, water utilization along Mea-Khong River and Neighboring country
• Feasibility Study of Environmental Impact Assessment, Health Impact Assessment and Social Impact Assessment of Water Grid System in 19 areas and Strategic Environmental Assessment
• Public participation with people who will be affected
