Services Description

The consultancy services included the following works:
•Establish Schedule and Critical Path that are consistent with the project schedule and construction contract by coordinating with the construction contractor.
•Check Shop Drawings which are prepared by the construction contractor according to the details specified in the construction drawing.
•Examine the sample materials that the construction contractor submit to use correctly according to the conditions and details specified in the construction drawing.
•Arrange for a meeting at least once a week between the contractor and the service provider who is responsible for managing and controlling the construction work.
•Examining and proposing project construction comments by reporting with photo and detail during construction.
•Check the construction process to ensure progress as planned and report.
•Control the operation of the construction contractor strictly according to the construction contract. Including checking the correctness of the materials that the construction contractor brought before construction.
•Control the work according to the construction drawing, specification and other information that has been reviewed and approved.
•Checking errors from Specification and Drawings and find solutions
•Examine various testing as specified in the contract.
•Inspect the materials and neatness in the workmanship of the construction contractor according to the company's intention.
•Check the accuracy of As-Built Drawings and present to the owner.
•Consider the request for the payment of contractor and propose to the owner to pay when the details are in accordance with the contract.
•Check and advise the owner of the work In regard to increasing payment for construction additional work and appropriateness in the case that the construction contractor wishes to extend the construction period.
•Provide advice, coordinate with the owner's representative to receive external audits from both government and private departments.
