Consultancy Service is the design of assembly buildings and utility systems for Khok Sa-at Station, Pak Chong Station and Korat Station consisting of 4-storey office building, 2,590 sq.m. Dormitory-1 with 8-story 3,440 sq.m., Dormitory-2 and 3 with 8-storey 3,440 sq.m., Material storage building 1,620 sq.m., Guardhouse 26 sq.m., Parking building and maintenance area 612 sq.m., Substation 22 KV.
The services included the following works:
•Detailed design of Architectural and Interior, Civil Engineering, Structural and Utilities Work for 3 stations
•Issue Design Report, Specification, Drawing, Bill of Quantities
•Issue Bidding Document (Tender Document)
