2.To be park area and beautiful place to relax.
3.For traditional activities of the province and center of public use for public events.
4.To be used as the display and sale of local communities includding the center of local culture.
5.To be used as an exhibition area for government agencies, students and educational institutions.

Project design and development the works as follow :
•Survey, Architecture design, Landscape-Architectur design, Engineering design.
•Detail design for bidding.
•Estimating the cost of construction.
•Prepare tender documents.
