Cha-Am Municipality has plan to improve the environmental landscape and coastal erosion and the coastal road and its facility including the retaining wall.  The component comprises of:
•Asphaltic road (Cope Seal Type), 2.5 km long.
•Retaining wall, 20 km long.
•Drainage system and lighting system.
•Bridge,70 m long,and
•Coconut plantation,4 x 4 m. interval

Project Environmental Impact Assessment Study the works as follow :
•Studying the environmental resources and values exists in 
the study area.
•Studying the detail of the project components.
•Assessing the impact from the project development to
the environmental resources and values.
•  Recommending the mitigation and monitoring measures.
