Narrative Description

Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning had assigned SEATEC and associate firm to perform the feasibility study and detailed design for the construction of boundary check point facilities between Thailand and Malaysia in the vicinity of Border land mark 31 covering area of 200 rai with buildings including CIQ building (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine) various buildings, roads, drainage system and public utility systems.

Services Description

Project feasibility study and detailed design the works as follow :
•Master Plan Study in area of the vicinity of border check point and adjacent areas having potential for the development in the near future with time frame of 20 years beginning first phase from year 1 - 5, middle phase from year 6 - 10 and final long term phase from year 11 - 20 as the Land Use Master Plan for the Border Check Point project development according to the importance of the project plan.
•Feasibility Study for the Border Check Point Development Project Plan for the short term Phase (year 1 - 5)
•Survey and Detailed Design of CIQ Building together with other buildings included in construction for being able to support the operation of Border Check Point in the Short Term Phase (Year 1 – 5)
