Narrative Description

Project consists of:
Task 1:-Design of Electrical 132 KV Transmission Line and 33 KV Distribution Line for Early Industrial Zone 1, Zone 2, Township and Secondary Road 2.
-Design of Electrical 33 KV Distribution Line from sub-station at Zone 1 to Water Treatment Plant (Zone 6) for Early Industrial Estate Reservoir.
-Design of Electrical 33 KV Distribution Line for Secondary Road 1.
Task 2:-Design of new road from Water Treatment Plant (Zone 6) through Zone 4 to the proposed Secondary Road 1 from Pagaw Zoon Relocation Village to Main Road Corridor.  The design includes road and storm drainage system for road, street lighting and future space for utilities expansion.
-Design of Secondary Road 1 from Pagaw Zoon Relocation Village to Main Road Corridor.
Task 3:Design of Water Transmission Lines from Water Treatment Plant to Zone 1, Zone 2, Township and Power Plant 2 (Zone B) and Water Distribution Network System of Early Industrial Estate’s Zone 1, Zone 2 and Township.
Task 4:Design of Wastewater Collection System of Early Industrial Estate Zone 1 and Zone 2, excluding Township.

-Data Collection and Review of Existing Plans and Information, Conceptual Plan and Submission of Inception Report
-Detailed Design (90%):
1.Final Layout of Routes of 132 KV Transmission Line and 33 KV Distribution Line.
2.Final Design Drawings of Power Distribution of 132 KV Transmission Line and 33 KV distribution Line.
3.Final Installation Details of Transmission and Distribution Line Plans and Section Details.
4.Tender Documents (Specifications Design Calculations, BOQ and Tender Drawings.
5.Contract documents for execution between ITD/DHE, ITD/DWC and the designated Contractor.
