Narrative Description

Infrastructure system design works for Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Project (FY 2011-2017) including:
1.115 kV transmission systems consisting of 115 kV transmission line receiving electricity from MEA, 115 kV electricity transmission line receiving electricity from DCAP, design of machine to measure the energy consumption.
2.Main Transmission Station Building 2 (MTS2) is a 2 story building having an area of 3,600 m2 including electricity switch for 115 kV high voltage to 24 kV medium voltage transformer, Transformer yard, piping systems Power Line Protective Equipment, Measuring devices, display devices, electrical power and lighting in the building, backup generator systems, fire alarm systems, automatic fire suppression systems, communication systems and lighting outdoors.
3.24 kV Power Distribution System and Installation of Transmission Lines
4.Indoor substation and Utility Substation
5.Cutting and connecting works for existing 25 kV electricity distribution system
6.Control and Reporting through SCADA System
7.Water Supply System
8.Wastewater System
9.Waste Management System

Services Description

Consultancy Services for Design include:
•Collected and reviewed the requirements / needs of the airport user.
•Collected and reviewed specified code or relevant regulations of the project
•Considered-reviewed and checked the various systems approach 
•Various specifications for the design (design parameters) or criteria for the design including the criteria for the interfacing construction systems
•Analysis of the topographic survey data, and soil data
•Conceptual design and detailed design of infrastructure works and related systems
•Prepared report the designing and construction feasibility analysis (Constructability) 
•Reviewed and confirmed the nature of the format compatibility of the proposed systems and facilities of Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Project (FY 2011-2017)
•Prepared quantity and price estimates documents (Bill of Quantities) for the Conceptual and Detailed Design together with construction cost estimate figures.
•Prepared tender documents (Tender Documents) for selection of construction contractor
•Answered questions of bidders for the Work Tenders.
•Recommended for technical and other proposals to AOT or PMC.
