Environmental Impact Assessment Study on the Port Operation of the Thai Offshore Base (TOB), PTTEP Project

Narrative Description

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited has bought a permit for using the port that be allowed from Marine Department from Songkla Supplied Base Co., Ltd.  For supporting of activities of survey and petroleum product in Gulf of Thailand by transforming he structure of the port from I shape (Length of the front of the port 180 m. and the width of the port 40 m.) to I shape (Length of the longer front of the port 260 m. shorter front of the port 120 m. and the width of the port 40 m.).  In this study PTT has engaged SEATEC to study the environmental impact assessment objective of the study are :
1)To specify and assess potential impact on physical, natural and social environment cansed by the PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited.
2)To compare the details of the factor of the project potential.
3)To review and sugges the environment impact mitigation and management implementation.
4)To review and recheck the mitigation casure in the construction period and suggesting to the project in the constructional and operation period implementation.

Services Description

Environmental Impact Assessment Study the works as follow :
•To surveying and checking in Both environmental and Social at the project area study.
•To comparing the detail from the resolution project.
•To Study the construction Impact from the monitoring mitigation data and evaluate the environmental Impact in the operation period.
•To review and suggesting mitigation measures and environmental management for the project implementation.
• To review and checking mitigation measures and environmental management in the construction and operation period and suggesting the project for the both period implementation.
