Narrative Description

In B.C. 2547 (2004) AOT had prepared EIA report for revising and developing the Phuket Airport consisting of expanding the passenger's building , storage building and parking lot and lengthening of runway from 3,000 m. to 3,300 m. for supporting the high quantity of air traffic in the future.  That report had been considered by National Environment Committee in the meeting No 3/2548 dated 2 March 2548. AOT shall abide by set environmental mitigation and monitoring measurement in EIA In budget year 'B.C.2548 (2005) it is a time of expanding  of composition and AOT had employed SEATEC to monitor 'the environmental condition in construction phase of Khuket Airport . The scope of works were
-To monitor the environmental mitigation mesurement in construction phase and in operationphase
-The monitoring of environmental mitigation mesurement in construction phase and in operationphase consist of 5 plan such as The monitoring for groundwater ,coastal seawater quality ,wastewater from wastewater treatment system, air quality and noise

Services Description

Project Environmental Quality Monitoring during the Operation the works as follow :
•To review the reported environmental mitigation plan and monitoring plan in EIA The Development of Phuket Airport.
•To check the detail of the present project / the results of environmental monitoring.
•To analyze and assess the result of environmental monitoring and offer additional mitigation, suitable approach for monitoring.
