Narrative Description

    The project consist 5 buildings of 7-story residential buildings having total floor area more than 4,000 square meters and  height of the building does not exceed 23 meters. Therefore the characteristics of the project need to conduct Environmental Impact Assessment : EIA following the announcement of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to Determine type and size of the project or activity which would prepare a report on the environmental impact assessment and rules, regulations and Guidelines for the preparation of the environmental impact assessment. Assigned to the residential buildings project contain number of rooms from 80 rooms or having living space more than 4,000 square meters required to conduct an environmental impact assessment for submission to the Office of Natural Resources and Environment during Construction Permit Phase.

Services Description

The services included the following works:
•Study of Project details.
•Study of the current condition of environmental resources/value in the study area covering physical resources, biological resources, Human Used Value and Quality of Life.
•Assessment of the impact from project expansion development to environmental resources/value and risk assessment during construction and operation phases.
•Recommendation of mitigation measures to reduce the adverse effects and environmental monitoring program.
