The Department of Highways assigned the consultant for the Feasibility Study of Economic, Engineering and Environmental of the expansion of Highway number 118 (Chiang Mai-Chiang Rai Road, Section Doi Sa Ket District-Ban Mae Che Di). The project objectives are for convenient, safety and saving the cost of transportation, which benefit for cargo transfer, tourism and highway network development in northern region.
