Narrative Description

The Department of Highways intends SEATEC to work on 
•Feasibility Study and Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the expansion of highway number 4006 at Ban Racha Kood – Phato District  about 69 km, from 2 lanes to 4 lanes at Ban Racha Kood – Phato District about 26 km. and Phato District – Lang Suan District about 43 km.
•Study for select drift rough way of the project and format suitable for the construction of highways link from Kaper District – Chaiyo District at Ban Na – Ban Khao-Lak about 36 km. 
•Initial Environmental Examination Study (IEE)as the following:
1)Highway expansion project, construction number 4006 at the Ban Racha Kood  - Phato District.
2)Highway expansion project, construction number 4006 at the Phato District – Lang Suan District.
3)Highway construction project linking the Ka-par District to  Chaiya District at Ban Na to Ban Khao Lak.
•Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) on detailed of the project.
