The study for construction of deep sea port in the southern (at Bubui, Satun province) is to study and searching for the appropriate area for construction of deep sea port in Andaman coast line, which Marine Department specified at Klong Bubui, amphur La-ngu, Satun province or any other most appropriate area near by. Using the advantages of the potential of the location of Andaman coast line in the Lower Southern, the area shall be developed to be the centre of world commercial network connecting the important transportation of marine merchandises to our neighbouring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, the countries in Indian Peninsula, Middle East and Europe include the merchandise transportation between Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand.
