Narrative Description

     The allocation of land for residential project by Property Perfect Public Company Limited. This project expanded from the existing project with total area of 377-3-92.6 rai by divided into 2,037 sub-conversion, including 1,946 blocks for residential homes in single & twin types and 92 blocks for public utility system.

Services Description

Environmental Impact Assessment for the construction of the project includes the following:
•Study for project operation which may effect to the Environmental resource and value of quality life on project area and area nearby.
•Study of the current condition of environmental resources/value in the study area covering physical resources, biological resources, Human Used Value and Quality of Life.
•Assessment of the impact from project expansion development to environmental resources/value and risk assessment during construction and operation phases.
•Recommendation of mitigation measures to reduce the adverse effects and environmental monitoring program.
