Narrative Description
Songkhla (Kho Mee Hew) Low-cost housing project Located on Khlong Hae – Khu Tao road Tambon Khlong Hae Amphoe Hadyai Changwat Songkhla. There are area around 64 Rai 48.9 square metres. The project is a residential condominium 4 floors 60 buildings. All of units around 2,634 units. The government projects that are intended to build housing for people with low income in Changwat Songkhla and nearly to solved shortage of public housing.
Services Description
Consulting Services for environmental impact studies and environmental monitoring features;
Environmental impact study:
•Study the current condition of the resource and environment in the project area both construction and operation.
•Assess the impact is expected to be a resource conditions and environmental values in the project area and nearly since the development of the project.
•Suggested preventative measures and/or reduce environmental impact of the project. Including the benefits of the project to a line minister.
•Suggested monitoring plan for the environmental impact both during construction and operation.
Monitoring environmental quality:
•Summary of preventive measures and improvement plans on major environmental impacts and add more important point for improvement with mitrigated measures both construction and operation.
•Operation phase, there is collect and analysis waste water quality 2 sample such as waste water before treatment and waste water after treatment once per month around 60 months and compare result with water quality standards of Ministry of Science and Technology.
