The project is a residential condominium 2 floors around 1,400 units. This project is support occupant around 7,000 people and public utility completely.

Services, environmental impact studies and environmental monitoring features;

Environmental impact study:

•Study the current condition of the resource and environment in the project area both constrction and operation.

•Assess the impact is expected to be a resource conditions and environmental values in the project area and nearly since the development of the project.

•Suggested preventative measures and/or reduce environmental impact of the project. Including the benefits of the project to a line minister.

Monitoring environmental quality:

•Summary of preventive measures and improvement plans on major environmental impacts and add more important point for improvement with mitrigated measures both construction and operation.
