Narrative Description

           Thai Red Cross Society intend to construct “Car Park Building II” a 15-storey reinforced concrete building floors 4 to 10 are used for parking and the rests are used for spare parts room, technician and control rooms, security room, durable article stock and stockroom, medical storage, financial office, account office, computer and data centre, training rooms, and meeting rooms.

Services Description

The scope of services are as followings:
• Assist the Client in coordinating the removal of existing storage building. 
• Supervise the construction work include Approval of shop drawing, Material approval, Advise appropriate method of construction, Advise any unclear or discrepancy of contract drawing or specification, Payment verification, Verify variation work, Conduct site meeting to follow up the progress and also attend monthly meeting with the Client to report the progress of work, etc.
