         Project Management and Construction supervision of a 2-storey building with mezzanine floor of lotus supercenter korat, nakorn ratchasima province, total floor area of 15,800 m2 and total outdoor parking area for 298 cars and indoor parking area for 532 cars.

Services Description

M-TECH accomplished:
•Supervision of all construction works including installation of related       service system and architecture, civil, structures, sanitary and plumbing,   electrical, mechanical, elevator and escalator.
•Monitoring of construction schedule.
•Material approval.
•Reviewing and checking the shop drawings submitted by  the contractor.
•Reviewing and approving the as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
•Report preparation.
